Where NYC plumbing work comes from

NYC plumbing awards include on-call plumbing contracts for FDNY facilities by borough, emergency plumbing, heating and sewer-line repairs for HPD's emergency repair program, citywide plumbing and fire suppression requirements contracts, and separate plumbing primes on larger renovations. Emergency HPD work is often awarded quickly, so a short response window matters.

Plumbing scopes also hide inside notices titled "comfort station reconstruction" or "family residence upgrade." We match notices on keywords in the title and description, so trade scope buried inside a larger job can be missed. Check the full notice.
